अध्याय VI
133. जो कोई किसी व्यक्ति पर हमला करेगा या उस व्यक्ति को सदोष परिरुद्ध करने का प्रयत्न करते हुए उस पर आपराधिक बल का प्रयोग करेगा, वह दोनों में से किसी भांति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि एक वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, या जुर्माने से, जो पांच हजार रुपए तक का हो सकेगा, या दोनों से, दण्डित किया जाएगा।
आपराधिक बल और हमले के संबंध में
133. किसी व्यक्ति को गलत तरीके से बंधक बनाने के
प्रयास में हमला या आपराधिक बल का प्रयोग।
