अध्याय XVI
298. जो कोई धार्मिक उपासना या धार्मिक अनुष्ठान करने में विधिपूर्वक लगे हुए किसी जनसमूह में स्वेच्छा से विघ्न उत्पन्न करेगा, वह दोनों में से किसी भांति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि एक वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, या जुर्माने से, या दोनों से, दण्डित किया जाएगा।
