अध्याय VIII
161. जो कोई भारत सरकार की सेना, नौसेना या वायुसेना के किसी अधिकारी, सैनिक, नौसैनिक या वायुसैनिक को अभित्याग के लिए दुष्प्रेरित करेगा, उसे किसी एक अवधि के लिए कारावास से, जिसे दो वर्ष तक बढ़ाया जा सकता है, या जुर्माने से, या दोनों से, दंडित किया जाएगा।
सेना, नौसेना और वायु सेना से संबंधित अपराध।

छोड़कर भागने के लिए उकसाना।
